Returns & Exchanges:

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for most items in new, unused, and unwashed condition.

• Exceptions: Certain products like final sale items, personalized products, and gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Return:

2. Prepare the Item: Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging (if available).

Refunds:

• Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will offer a replacement.

Return Shipping Costs:

• If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent), we will cover return shipping.

• For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
